Lost in Teetopia? This page maps every public corner of teetopia.shop. The list right below updates itself as the shop grows; underneath it, a plain-language guide explains what lives in each section and when you might need it. If you still cannot find something, email support@teetopia.shop and we will point you to it within 24 hours on business days.

How Teetopia is laid out

The shop is built in three layers. First come the garments: T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Tees, Hoodies, Sweatshirts and Hats. Tees lead the way, because they are what most people order. Second come the moments: Family Shirts, Hobby Shirts, Job & Team Shirts and Event Shirts, which group designs by why you are buying them. A single design can live in both layers; a reunion tee shows up in T-Shirts and in Family Shirts. Third come the help and policy pages, which explain personalization, shipping, returns, refunds, payment, privacy and your rights.

The main menu on every page follows the same order: T-Shirts, Long Sleeve, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Hats, Family, Hobbies, Jobs & Teams, Events, then Help. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the same list, with search at the top. The footer at the bottom of every page links to all help and policy pages in two columns, Company and Customer Support, plus a Shop column with the main collections.

Shop by garment

T-Shirts

T-Shirts is the heart of Teetopia: crew-neck tees for reunions, trips, races, birthdays and everyday wear, each printed with your names, numbers or dates from the order notes. Start here if you are not sure what to pick.

Long Sleeve Tees

Long Sleeve Tees are the same easy tee with more sleeve, for cool mornings, fall games and layering. Some designs have room for a sleeve print, a fun spot for a year or a number.

Hoodies

Hoodies are cozy pullovers for bonfires, away games and team travel days. Names and numbers on the back are a team favourite.

Sweatshirts

Sweatshirts are crewnecks without a hood, popular for grandparent gifts with every grandkid’s name, matching holiday photos and teachers.

Hats

Hats carry short words with big attitude: a last name, a crew name or initials, for fishing trips, golf days and bachelor weekends.

Job & Team Shirts

Job & Team Shirts carry names and titles for nurses, teachers, truckers, chefs, coaches and every kind of crew. We print your words, not other organisations’ logos.

Event Shirts

Event Shirts are for birthdays, bachelorette weekends, graduations, charity walks and anniversaries, with the event name, date and place.

New designs are being added to each collection. A collection that is still waiting for its first designs stays reachable from the menu, and it appears in the automatic list above as soon as it has items.

The search box sits at the top of every page on desktop, and under the logo on phones. Search by garment (“hoodie”), by moment (“reunion”, “bachelorette”, “nurse”) or by hobby (“fishing”, “gaming”). Search covers products and collections. For questions about orders and policies, the help pages listed above are the fastest route. No result for your search? Try a shorter word, or browse the collection closest to your idea; many designs suit more than one occasion.

To save you hunting, here are the commitments that appear across the site, all the same on every page: orders printed and packed in 1-3 business days; about 7-14 business days in transit; free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with no minimum; changes and cancellations within 24 hours of ordering; returns within 60 days of delivery with a free return label; refunds within 7 days of receiving the return; store credit that never expires; and email replies within 24 hours on business days.

Moving around on a phone

On a phone, the header shrinks to the menu icon on the left, the Teetopia logo in the middle and the cart on the right, with the search box underneath. Tap the menu icon to open every collection and the Help link. The footer, at the very bottom of each page, lists all the policy and support pages; scroll down past the trust band (free shipping, ships from the USA, 60-day returns, email support) to reach it. The “back to top” arrow at the bottom right brings you straight back up.

Accessibility and feedback
