Welcome to Teetopia: a happy place made of t-shirts. We print custom tees, long sleeve tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and hats with your words on them: family names for the reunion, nicknames for the fishing trip, titles for the night-shift crew, dates for the big birthday weekend. You pick the shirt, you type the words, we print it and ship it free from the USA to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. That is the whole idea, and this page explains how we do it and what you can count on.

Why “Teetopia”?

Tee plus utopia. A place where every shirt says something about the person wearing it. Not a logo someone else chose, not a slogan from a rack of a thousand identical shirts, but your family name in big letters, your crew’s inside joke, your kid’s name and age on a birthday tee. Our logo says it too: the first “T” in Teetopia is a t-shirt. Tees came first here, and they still lead the way.

What we make

T-shirts, the main event

The crew-neck tee is the most useful canvas there is. It goes to the reunion, the beach, the race, the classroom and the backyard barbecue. Most of our designs start on a tee, and most of our orders are tees. You can browse them all in T-Shirts, or go long in Long Sleeve Tees for cooler mornings and sleeve prints.

Hoodies and sweatshirts

When the evenings cool down, the cozy layer comes out. Pullover Hoodies are made for bonfires, away games and team travel days. Crewneck Sweatshirts are the pick for grandparents with every grandkid’s name, teachers on casual Fridays and matching holiday photos.

Hats

Short words, big attitude. Hats are perfect for a last name, a crew name or initials, and they finish off a group outfit for the fishing trip or the bachelor weekend.

How a Teetopia order works

1. Pick your style. Choose a design and garment: tee, long sleeve tee, hoodie, sweatshirt or hat. Then pick the colour and size for each person.
2. Write your words. At checkout, type names, numbers, dates or photo notes in the order notes box. For group orders, list “size – name” in cart order. For a photo design, paste a link to the photo or email it to us with your order number.
3. Double-check. There is no proof or mockup step, so read your notes twice. You have 24 hours after ordering to change or cancel anything.
4. We print and pack. Your order is printed and packed in 1-3 business days.
5. It ships free. We ship from the USA, and delivery takes about 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Why order notes instead of a design tool?

Many custom shops make you wrestle with an online editor: drag the text, resize it, guess how it will look, fight with fonts on a phone screen. Teetopia keeps it simple. Our designs already have a spot for your text, in lettering chosen to look good on the garment. You just type what you want in the order notes. It is faster on mobile, it works for big group orders with a dozen names, and it means you do not need any design skills to end up with a shirt that looks right.

The trade-off is honest: since there is no proof step, we print exactly what you type. That is why we give you 24 hours to change anything, and why our returns cover personalized items too.

What we will not do

We would rather tell you plainly than surprise you later:

• We do not invent reviews, ratings or fake low-stock countdowns. If you see a number on Teetopia, it is a real policy number.
• We do not print other people’s logos, characters or artwork without permission. Your words, yes; a pro team’s crest, no. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
• We do not promise a delivery date we cannot control. Carriers and customs set the final pace, so for events we always say: order early.
• We do not sell your personal information. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Getting the best result

Keep words short and clear

Short names and phrases print biggest and boldest. If you have a long line, consider splitting it into two shorter lines in the notes. On hats especially, one to three short words read best.

Check spelling, then check it again

Write names exactly as you want them, with capitals and accents. Ask someone else to read the notes before you pay; a second pair of eyes catches the “Garica” that should be “Garcia”.

Choose sizes with a tape measure

Measure a shirt the person already loves and compare it with the product page and our Size Guide. For mixed adult and youth group orders, collect sizes in writing before ordering.

Plan around your date

Add up to 3 business days for printing and up to 14 business days in transit. For a fixed date, order a few weeks ahead.

The group order playbook

Group orders are where Teetopia shines, and also where small mix-ups can multiply. Here is the routine that works best for reunions, teams and crews:

1. Pick one organiser. One person collects sizes, names and money, and places one order. It keeps the order notes tidy and the shirts in one parcel where possible.
2. Collect the list in writing. A shared note or group chat message with “name – size” for every person beats memory every time. Include kids’ ages so you can choose youth sizes with room to grow.
3. Decide the words once. Agree the main text (“The Garcia Crew – Reunion 2027”) and whether personal names go on the front, back or not at all.
4. Add items in the same order as your list. Then paste the list into the order notes. We print each name on the matching size.
5. Share the confirmation email. Forward it to one other person to proofread. You have 24 hours for changes.
6. Count back from the date. Printing takes 1-3 business days and transit about 7-14 business days, so order a few weeks ahead.

If one person ends up with the wrong size, there is no need to send back the whole order: return just that item within 60 days of delivery with the free label, and reorder the right size.

Where are orders shipped from?

Orders ship from the USA to the four countries we serve: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Can I call you?

Teetopia supports customers by email only. Email gives us a written record of names, sizes and changes, which matters a lot when we are printing exactly what you write. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Do you do bulk or business orders?

You can order as many items as you need through the normal checkout; shipping stays free with no minimum. For a large crew order, email us first with the garment, quantities and timing, and we will tell you what to expect.

Can I see a proof before you print?

No. We do not make proofs or mockups. The design on the product page shows the style, and your words from the order notes go in the text area. That keeps things fast and simple; the 24-hour change window and 60-day returns are there to back you up.

Caring for your shirt

Wash printed apparel inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, skip bleach, and do not iron directly over the print. Hats are spot-clean only: a damp cloth, mild soap, and let it air dry on its shape. A little care keeps your words bright for a long time.
